Commercial use is limited to transactions done on your own behalf, or on behalf of your entity or employer.  You will not contact any seller or listing agent under any other conditions or under false pretenses. Real estate and lending professionals may provide information to consumers regarding their provided services or, where authorized, take actions on behalf of a consumer client who has given them express permission in writing (e.g., post a home for sale). No listing agent has the right or ability to list a property which they are not directly authorized to do so.  Any lisitng agent, service provider, or member of mannzili.com found to be partaking in such behavior shall be, immediately, removed from the site and forfeiture of advertising fees.  In addition, should any fraudulant use of mannzili.com be detected, mannzili.com reserves the right to prosecute fraudulant use to the full extent of the law.  As an entity or individual subject to the restrictions set forth in the following paragraphs, you may copy information from the Services only as necessary for your personal use to (a) view, (b) save (c) contact the listing or service provider, and (d) fax, e-mail, or otherwise socially share listing information for the sole purpose of private sale or lease. You otherwise agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any portion of the services.  In addition, all images included in mannzili.com listings are the exclusive property of the listing client or service provider, and are not to be reproduced, edited, or in any way distributed outside of the context of the aforementioned listing.  Mannzili.com reserves the right to delete any postings which are not deemed acceptable under our terms and conditions.

2. Restrictions and Additional Terms. You, the mannzili.com user, agree not to remove or modify any copyright, branded property, _{electronic capital, or other intellectual property notices that appear} anywhere on mannzili.com. You will not use the Services for resale, service bureau, time-sharing or other similar purposes. Manzilli reserves the right to cancel or remove any listings which violate the terms listed above. Furthermore, you, the user, agree to the following:

Acceptable Use. You agree not to use the Services in any way that is unlawful according to any local, state, country, or international law, or that harms mannzili.com, its service providers, suppliers, clients or any other user(s).  In addition, all mannzili.com users agree to use good conduct, decency, appropriate language, and curteousness to all other users and all listing providers or service professionals.  Any user found to be in violation of this agreement will be immediately removed from the site.

Google Maps. Some of the Services implement the Google Maps web mapping service. Your use of Google Maps is subject to Google's terms of use, located at http://www.google.com/intl/en_us/help/terms_maps.html

3. Materials You Provide; Account Use; Privacy. For materials you post or otherwise provide publically for listings and service providers to mannzili.com or in connection with the Services (your "Submission"), you grant mannzili.com an irrevocable, perpetual, license to (a) use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, modify, and translate your Submission, in connection with the Services or in any other media, and (b) sublicense these rights to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Mannzili.com will not provide compensation for your Submission.  Your agreement to such a submission constitutes a binding contract, wherein you allow mannzili.com to post and/or use your listing in accordance with its policies. Mannzili.com may remove your Submission at any time where it feels that the content of the material is untrue, unethical or against the Real Estate laws within the State of Qatar. We, mannzili.com, reserve the right to modify, correct, or erase those entries or contents of our site so as to align with our purpose, moral code, and the law: local, state, national, and international. Should you disagree with any changes or revisions made, you may at any point contact us in writing and we will do all within our power to correct the problem.

Mannzili.com is committed to the privacy and security of all of its members, clients, advertisers, staff, and service providers.  We will never share or sell member contact information or demographic data to anyone outside the direct control of mannzili.com.  We reserve the right to store relevant data about our users in order to provide them with the best experience possible, but will consider its security as an utmost priority.

4. Advertising. Mannzili.com is primarily funded through advertising. You understand and agree that the Services may include advertisements, and that these are necessary to support our services. To help make the advertisements relevant and useful to you, Mannzili.com may serve advertisements based on the information we collect from you as a part of your browsing experience or in relation to your interaction on our site.

Mannzili.com has the right to reject any advertising proposals it may deem unreasonable, false, or unethical.  We are committed to being a site and service that provides the best experience possible, both for clients, advertisers, members, and service providers.

5. Linked Materials. Services may include, as a part of listings or advertisements, links to third-party products, services and Web sites. Mannzili.com does not endorse, and takes no responsibility for such products, services, and Web sites.  They are not affiliated in any way with mannzili.com, and as such, are used and clicked at the sole discretion of the user. 

6. Claims of Copyright Infringement. Mannzili.com respects the intellectual property rights of others, and requires all of its users to do the same. Anyone who believes that their work has been reproduced on the Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement may notify mannzili.com by providing the following information:

• Identification of the infringed copyrighted work.
• Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and needs to be removed, including a description of where it is located on the Services so that the copyright agent can locate it.
• Your address, telephone number, and, if available, e-mail address, so that the copyright agent may contact you about your complaint.
• A signed statement that the above information is accurate; that you have a good faith belief that the identified use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf in this situation.

7. Condition of Services. Mannzili.com provides all services in “as is” condition with all faults and “as available”, and the entire risk as to the satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, and effort lies with the user. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mannzili.com and its suppliers make no representations, warranties or conditions, express or implied, as to the overall result of engaging in such a service. Mannzili.com expressly disclaim any and all warranties or conditions, express, statutory or implied, including without limitation (a) warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, accuracy, title, quiet enjoyment, no encumbrances, no liens and non-infringement, (b) warranties or conditions arising through course of dealing or usage of trade, and (c) warranties or conditions of uninterrupted or error-free access or use.   In addition, mannzili.com does not speak to the condition, faults, or any other nature of properties and services listed.  A property or service listing on mannzili.com does not, under any condition, imply endorsement or responsibility for the property on behalf of mannzili.com.

8. Real Estate Licenses. Mannzili.com is not a Real Estate agency and under no condition will it ever attempt or be involved in brokering Real Estate deals. Mannzili.com does not act as a real estate agent for you or any other user(s).

Real Estate agents must be working under the Real Estate rules and regulations of the State of Qatar and must have a valid license to operate. Only Real Estate Agents may apply for the “Agent” subscriptions, under the terms and conditions of their agreement with mannzili.com. Mannzili.com reserves the right to remove any user using an agent subscription who is not deemed an authorized real estate establishment within the State of Qatar or who has been found to have lost such license.

9. Changes; Discontinuance. Mannzili.com reserves the right to change the Terms of Use without notice, and to make any and all changes at its discretion.  All users are expressly responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use in order to discern changes in terms or policies. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of such changes will constitute acceptance of and agreement to any such changes.

10. Choice of Law; Disputes. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Laws of the United Kingdom may apply only when the Qatari Laws may not be applicable.  In addition, these terms are subject to and are in accordance with all local, state, national, and international laws. In any dispute arising under this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to attorneys' fees and expenses.
